Give the Dog a Bone was approached by Eleanor Charles Homes with a need for branding and a website to showcase their homes for sale and market their business in the local area. After seeing a selection of work completed for a mutual customer, Eleanor Charles Homes was impressed and wanted to take the relationship to the next level by having Give the Dog a Bone serve as their marketing department.
As work began on the project, it became clear that Eleanor Charles Homes needed more from Give the Dog a Bone than just a website. As the marketing department, Give the Dog a Bone provided a range of business stationery, brochures, and interactive documents to aid in the running of the business. They also marketed Eleanor Charles Homes throughout the UK to attract buyers to their prestigious homes.
The partnership between Give the Dog a Bone and Eleanor Charles Homes has been a success. In 2021, Give the Dog a Bone completed a rebrand for Eleanor Charles Homes, the second in their time working together. The rebrand aimed to reflect the elegance and class of the homes that Eleanor Charles Homes builds.
The new brand was carried through to a fully responsive, mobile-first website, which provides full details of all current and future developments, as well as properties currently on the market. The website has been so successful that Eleanor Charles Homes have been able to sell many of their properties without the need for an agent.
In addition to the updated branding and website, Give the Dog a Bone created numerous marketing brochures, both printed and interactive, as well as advertisements and signage for all of Eleanor Charles Homes’ developments. They also created branded uniform for employees to wear on and off site, helping to spread the company’s name.
Give the Dog a Bone manages all of Eleanor Charles Homes’ social media activity, including writing and managing their blog, composing Instagram posts, and managing their other social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. The goal is to keep their brand recognised locally around all their developments.
