Our journey with Urban Let began at the very inception of their venture. Back in 2017, this promising newcomer sought our expertise, evolving over time to become a well-established and trusted letting and management agent in the vibrant city of Chester.
Urban Let’s initial contact came through a glowing recommendation from an existing client, a testament to our reputation. They approached us with a clear vision: to offer top-tier accommodation to students in and around the Chester area. Our collaborative journey kicked off with the development of a distinctive logo, aimed at becoming a local hallmark and a symbol of quality, both locally and further afield. This logo was just the beginning, serving as the cornerstone upon which we built the brand’s identity through mediums like stationery, flyers, and magazines.
Every emerging brand needs an online presence to inspire confidence in prospective customers. Operating within the constraints of their startup budget, we crafted a themed website that perfectly suited Urban Let’s needs. As the company grew, so did the website, incorporating third-party property software to meet the client’s evolving demands.
Fast forward to 2023, and we’ve revitalised their website to align with the company’s impressive growth. The latest iteration of the website boasts a bespoke design tailored to Urban Let’s specifications, all while seamlessly integrating Jupix via the Property Hive plugin. This provided an opportunity to introduce additional features and solidify the brand’s presence, making it a formidable contender in their competitive landscape.
Impressed with the marketing collateral we’d produced thus far, Urban Let extended our creative partnership. They entrusted us with designing the eye-catching external signage for their shop and sourcing ‘to let’ signs. Our collaboration extended to the creation of captivating graphics for their lightbox, prominently displayed in their letting agents’ office, showcasing the beauty of Chester and its surroundings.
Today, Urban Let has expanded its offerings to include a wider range of properties for students, professionals, and families alike. Our partnership continues to thrive as we maintain and host their website. We also produce additional marketing materials, consistently meeting their ad-hoc needs. Urban Let’s journey is a testament to the power of collaboration and the growth that can be achieved when vision and expertise combine.
