How it started...
A1 Risk Solutions is an independent organisation delivering specialist, innovative, multimedia online managed training systems, risk management resources, and training solutions. They have been a client of ours for many years.
We were initially approached by the Founder, Deborah Harrison, back in 2012 to develop an innovative and unique online Risk Management and Training platform that could be easily accessed and simple to use for their clients.
The system acts as a hub for a wide range of training material, including more than 300 training videos, assessment tools, training manuals, and risk assessment templates.
Once we had created this system, we were asked to design and build a supporting website to promote the newly built platform and market A1 Risk Solutions' other offerings, such as consultancy and manual handling training courses for all types of businesses and organisations.
The journey so far...
The first version of the website served the company's needs for over 10 years, with only a few updates and additions required. However, in 2024, the business had grown and required a more sophisticated website featuring greater functionality and a fresh, modern design.
The team at A1 wanted to introduce detailed information on each of their training courses and an easy way for potential attendees to enquire, as well as the option to quickly reserve or book their place at an event.
Due to the nature of the business, customers needed two ways to pay for their course—online or by invoice. With this in mind, we created forms that can be easily linked by the website admin to any courses they add, giving customers the option to proceed to booking via their preferred payment method.
Since the launch of the new website, visitors have commented on the updated, modern, responsive design, as well as the ease of navigation, which allows them to quickly access the Online Portal or book an upcoming course.
Our relationship has continued to grow with A1 Risk Solutions since we first met in 2012. We also supply Microsoft Office 365 services to their staff members, supported by ongoing assistance via a bespoke retainer package tailored to their requirements.
