How it started...
The client got in touch after acquiring the business and needing to swap out the existing website for a Shopify solution. This choice was familiar to their staff, as they were already using this platform for their successful kitchen appliance store. Despite the company's existence, they hadn't actively marketed their service to potential customers and required a new logo to bolster their overall brand identity. The primary goal was to craft a compelling platform that effectively displayed Bespoke Fridges' products.
Initially, the website creation process focused on integrating vital elements crucial for an excellent user experience. This encompassed seamless navigation, visually appealing design, and efficient functionality. Furthermore, the project necessitated a bespoke feature allowing visitors to configure their bespoke fridge's colour or artwork using a 3D configurator, aiding them in visualising the final product before making a purchase.
Tailoring the website to Bespoke Fridges' specific needs increased their online presence, improved user engagement, and ultimately drove customer satisfaction and conversions. The meticulous design, functionality, and product representation contributed to a compelling digital storefront, highlighting the unique service and product offerings.
The journey so far...
Following the completion of the website and logo, our support extended to establishing a social media presence on Facebook and Instagram. We attracted followers by creating various promotional and creative posts, effectively showcasing the personalised fridge service.
We're maintaining an ongoing relationship by consistently supporting their social media presence. We create bi-weekly posts and ad-hoc promotional content as per the client's needs. Additionally, we supplement these efforts with blog articles and monthly content updates, aiming to enhance their organic search rankings.
Finally, we worked with the clients requirements to established a Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaign aimed at significantly boosting website traffic and attracting more visitors. This strategic initiative aims to drive targeted traffic to the website, enhancing visibility and engagement with Bespoke Fridges' offerings.

The team over at GTDAB helped us take our existing Wordpress website and create a brand new one in Shopify - including a 3D configurator to help our customers create their ideal fridges. As well as this, they've redesigned our brand from scratch including a new logo and have created and managed our social media presence. I would highly recommend working with the GTDAB team!
